WhippleHill’s industry-exclusive Ecosystem ensures seamless integration between our core software offerings and those of the companies we work with to build out our solutions. Our partnerships broaden Podium’s capabilities and its suite of products with out-of-the-box integration and support for key technologies in the independent school market.
If you believe you can provide our clients with an exceptional solution, we’d like to discuss the possibilities of how our applications can work together. Please contact Integration Product Manager Jill Judd at jillj@whipplehill.com to begin the conversation.
Our expectations
We’ve worked hard in the last 10 years to earn the trust of our clients, and it is important to us that we maintain that trust. Partners in our Ecosystem are asked to sign an agreement pledging they will comply with prevailing data privacy standards and protect our clients’ data. As part of this contract, they must also meet the following expectations:
1. Work with the staff at WhippleHill to develop and test the selected integration method.
2. Report problems and errors relating to programming, data processing, logic, data exchange or use of the Podium API.
3. Provide technical support and user help to all schools and users relating to their application.
What we can do for you
Once your solution has passed integration certification, WhippleHill will market the partnership in the following ways:
1. A press release about the partnership will be posted on the news section of the WhippleHill.com Web site. Clients receive alerts about the stories in Monday morning updates from the WhippleHill marketing department.
2. Partners will be invited to attend the annual User Conference, free of attendance fees, and exhibit in a designated area, as well as make presentations to clients in breakout sessions.
3. Your company’s logo and description will appear on our Web site, as well as in the guide printed for our annual User Conference, regardless of whether you are able to attend.
4. You will receive a mailing list of WhippleHill’s primary contacts for use at your discretion. Phone numbers and e-mails will not be provided.
5. You may opt to have a WhippleHill product manager facilitate a Webinar, highlighting for users your solution’s functionality, deployment within Podium and key features.
